I too, live with daily pain and I found this book very inspiring. I felt as Diane was talking to me personally and I was reminded again that God IS always with us. I especially enjoyed her writing a page that explained why and how she was feeling at the time she wrote each poem. She is truly a gifted writer and has a talent to write so that anyone can understand poetry. I would recommend this book to anyone!
As I read the book I could feel the pain and suffering that Diane has gone through and then see how her faith in God has helped her through each day. I feel it is teaching us to keep our trust in God and lean fully on Him. It is a book of great encouragement and I am sure it will help many walk through their days of pain and suffering, not only physically but spiritually teaching them to fully trust in God. God is in control.

As I read Diane's book, "You Are Not Alone in a Lonely World", I found it to be so much more than just another good inspirational book. Diane has a very special and unique way of seeing God in everything around her. She sees Him in nature as well as her everyday experiences. Diane has been given a gift that is desperately needed in our world that we live in today. In this collection of her writings, it is definitely evident that she has a sincere, heart-felt desire to encourage, uplift and direct the reader to God. I find it truly amazing that someone who has endured a lifetime of pain and difficulty, as Diane has, can turn it all into a positive thing, step out of her own world and reach out to others with the encouragement that..."You Are Not Alone in a Lonely World".
